•   Upload the following documents wherever required. (Keep the scanned copies (.jpg, .png, .pdf) format ready before filling the form. (Image size under 500 KB each).
  •   Self attested photocopy of Birth Certificate.
  •   Self attested copy of any of the following as Residential Proof.
  •   Passport
  •   Aadhar Card
  •   Any other proof (Electricity Bill, Phone Bill etc.)
  •   In case of Leave & License Agreement please submit registered copy of the agreement with latest electricity bill in name of owner.
  •   Recent Passport Size Photograph of the child.
•   Kindly provide the authentic and correct information in the form.
•   In case it is found incorrect the registration / admission of your child can be cancelled. The verification of the original documents will be done at the time of admission.
•   Kindly do spell check of the child’s name carefully because it is going to be same on his/her academic reports and School leaving certificate etc.
•   Middle Name is not compulsory while filling the form.
•   PAN Card Number of father or mother is compulsory to fill in.
•   Before submission, kindly check the fees for 2023-2024.
•   Please note that any omission or wilful suppression of information may jeopardise admission and the school will not be responsible for any consequences thereof.
